This website and shop are operated by Cada's Creations. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Cada's Creations. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms, including any additional policies referenced here or available by hyperlink.

2. Handmade Products
All items are either handmade, designed, or created with care in small batches. Please allow for slight variations between items due to the nature of the creative process.

3. Order Processing & Shipping
Processing times may vary. Once shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged packaging, or delays caused by postal services or incorrect addresses. 

4. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the handmade and custom-created nature of our items:

  • All sales are final

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges

  • Cancellations are not accepted, as the creation process begins immediately upon order placement
    If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to make it right.

5. Intellectual Property
All designs, artwork, products, and content on this site are the intellectual property of Cada's Creations. Reproducing, copying, or reselling without permission is prohibited.

6. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information you provide during checkout is used solely to fulfill your order and will not be shared or sold.

7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products. All items should be used with care and as intended.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our site and services following changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

9. Disclaimer
Do not consume anything on the shop. The stickers are not tattoos do not put on skin.  Keep out of reach of small children. Use responsibly.
